May be you are in a situation where you do not have an answer to your problem, you do not know how to go ahead in a certain situation. Simply sit down, close your eyes and try to calm yourself. Prepare yourself for half an hour which you will only dedicate at yourself. May be you have a particular unalcoholic drink, like a green tea or something like that. Prepare it for yourself. Feel comfortable with yourself. Than take a blank piece of paper and a pen.
Make a list of everything what actually creates a problem to you. Than ask yourself,
1. what is/are my problem/s?
2. what can I do, to manage them in a different way?
3. what’s the worst thing which could happen?
4. what’s the best way to avoid this/to live this situation?
5. how great is the probability that the worst case will happen?
Write all the questions and answers down.
When you come to the conclusion that there is no way out, than accept the the facts. It is like it is!
It’s quite probably that you will find the solution for your problem/your specific situation just while writing down your thoughts.
